Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TrendingCaptions ("Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the TrendingCaptions on Telegram, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides automated video captioning (subtitling) using Artificial Intelligence. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Credits and Payments

Currency: Services are purchased using "Credits", which are acquired via Telegram Stars.
No Refunds: All purchases of Credits or Subscriptions are final and non-refundable, as they constitute immediate access to digital consumable goods.
Expiration: Subscription credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

4. User Conduct & Content

You retain ownership of the video content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and utilize your uploaded content and generated results to improve our AI models, transcription accuracy, and overall service quality.

You agree NOT to use the Service to upload or process:

Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Content that contains malware or viruses.

We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these rules without refund.

5. AI Disclaimer

The subtitles are generated by AI (Artificial Intelligence). We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the transcription. You are responsible for reviewing the output.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
